Meaning
Oh, Padmanabha! Your eyes are like lotus. The supreme one! Saure! Kindly protect me.
You dwell in the hearts of the sages like Sanaka, who are devoid of sins. Victory unto you!
Adored by Brahama, your exploits have the glory of destroying the evils. Your face resembles the autumnal full moon. Oh, Naranarayana! You vanquished the demons Madhu. Oh consort of Rama! You conquered Narakasura. Kindly bless me with good fortune. Oh, a repository of virtues! Your teeth are like jasmine buds. You allayed the fear of the king elephant. You are adorned in golden raiment. You grant the fruit of their desires to devotees.
You hold a discuss, a conch, a mace, and a lotus in your hands. The beauty of your neck is like the conch shell. Your red lotus-like fees have the glory of removing the miseries of those cowherds and cattle while they listened to your flute in ecstasy. The loveliness of your form subdues the pride of crores of Cupids. You have a smiling countenance. May you be victorious!
You have Garuda as a mount. indeed, you gave salvation to even the dreadful demons like Mura. Is it fair on your part to be indifferent to me? You are sung in scriptures. You recline on the king serpent. Kindly consider protecting me just as you protected Uddhava. You save us from hell. You have the glory of being incarnated among the cowherds damsels to feast their eyes. May you be victorious!
