Meaning
Oh, Paramapurusha!  God of the universe!  Padmanabha!  Enemy of demon Mura!  Victory unto you.
Oh, Saure!  Your glory is praised by Brahama, Sankara, and Indra.
Your smiling beautiful face resembles the lotus;  Oh Lord!  You have Garuda as your vehicle; You are the vanquisher of the demons and savior of those who prostrate at your sacred feet.  You are like wildfire to the malicious.
You recline on the serpent king;  You adorn pure gold ornaments; You hold Sankha and Cakra in your two hands;  You are the fountain of wisdom and free from desires - Moha.
You adorn beautiful garlands of wildflowers and Kaustubha;  You are worshiped by the sun; You wiped out the afflictions of Indra and You are the Lord of Syanandurapura.
