Meaning

I always offer my salutations to the son of Nanda.
One who dwells on the banks of river Yamuna; vanquisher of the demon Mura.
Your face is as radiant as the moon (Sitakara).  One who created Brahama and Cupid; having teeth like jasmine buds.  One who resides in the hearts of the ascetics. One who is adorned in the yellow silk attire. One who puts an end to the miseries of the celestials.
One who removes the impurities of the devotees; have eyes like sun and moon; feet that excel the lotus vanquisher of the dreadful demon.  The one without blemish; one whose face is framed with curly hair and the most sacred one.
One who is radiant as the clouds.  He is like the un-driving away from the darkness that encompasses the earth; worshiped by sages like Narada.  Oh, Lord Padmanabha!  One who effaces the miseries of the entire world.

Meaning

Oh, Sakalaokanayaka (Lord of the entire universe!).  Due to the increasing desire, she has become very meek.
Oh, Sri Padmanabha!  Having the gait of an elephant!  One who is adorned with musk on the forehead!
That lady is out of her wits; she is immersed in the ocean of dense miseries; she is, indeed crying due to this helpless situation; besides this, her desires are also escalating.  Oh, Lord! How is she going to pass the days of spring?  Oh, the one who outshines Cupid!  You sport conch and disc!  The protector of the celestials! Eyes that equal the lotus!  Due to her pure agony, she has become weak.
Alas! Do not make her feel disappointed. You are the righteous and competent one.  You are pure, charming, and having beautiful teeth.
Oh! the one having glorious feet worshiped by all!  She is in helpless, being afflicted by the flower arrows of Cupid.
Oh, the protector fo the king elephant!  Having charming red lips! honored by Brahams, Siva, and Indra; tresses having the fragrance of the heavenly flower Parijata.  Oh, the one engaged in protecting the sinless!
Oh, the moon-faced! Having lotus-like feet that are worthy of worship; draped in a shining garment; the most supreme one, devoid of pride.
Oh, the one who delights in protecting those who worship Thy feet! Her heart is perplexed. Oh! one who is the ocean of compassion; delight your long-eyed one with your sandal smeared body.  The days are passing in vain.  One who destroys the enemies; oh Lord!  Be compassionate. Oh, the one with soft feet! do not disappoint her...

Meaning

Oh Lord Sarasaksha!  one with eyes resembling the lotus!  Lord of Syanandurapura!  May I meditate on you forever!
Just as the rays of the moon make the louts flower close, you destroy the dense and dark ignorance.  Oh, suzerain of the universe!
You recline on the great serpent resting on the white island, amidst the milky ocean rolling with great breakers, on whose shores lay scattered priceless gems.  You are the supreme spirit, the lord of the world!
Your form is beautiful like the blue lotus.  The paragon of all virtues.  You are the manifestation of bliss. Your brilliant smile resembles the jasmine buds.  Your smile delights goddess Earth and Lakshmi.  The celestials and sages adore you.  You are the wish-yielding tree to those who prostrate before you.
With great joy and devotion, Brahma chants the Vedas and Lord Padmanabha delight in the melodious recitation. I meditate on you, whose eyes are brimming with compassion. You are the protector of the dejected.  You destroy the cycle of birth and death.
