Meaning

At that time Kucela saw his wife who was enchanting.
He saw her surrounded by female attendants singing and playing a variety of instruments.
She shed tears of joy on seeing her husband smiled softly at him.
She was dressed in costly clothes and was wearing expensive jewels.
She was offering obeisance to her husband's feet in heart and came to him with a gait resembling an elephant.
She was radiant like a divine damsel due to experiencing the nectarine shower of compassion of lord Panakjanabha.

Meaning

Oh lord with a beautiful face! I know well your idea.
Oh, Padmanabha! are you affected by such clever speech?
Don't I know your interest in women?  Oh lord of Lakshmi! of noble virtues, just follow me.  Are you telling me beautiful but false things, keeping in your heart that girl who is an expert in live sport?
Oh lord, may that blessed woman drink from your lips, which are overflowing with nectar.  What a pity that, discarding me, who is shattered by the Cupid's arrow.  Are you depending on that wretched woman?
May not my prayer be a cry in the wilderness.  You are of the lovely form.  Your teeth are like jasmine buds and you are dark like the rain clouds.  You are the lord of my life.  Somehow or other, be kind enough to satisfy my romantic desire, Oh Syamala! Niradagatra!

Meaning

Oh lord, Rama! pray to protect me with your kindness.  YOu the nonpareil supreme lord, bestow on my good fortune.
You confer joy on those who worship your feet, Sri Padmanabha!  you are adorned with a vermilion mark on your forehead.
Your face is more beautiful than that of the autumnal full moon, you allay the fear of all in the universe.  You are the smiling countenance.  You destroyed demons like Khara and others, you sport bow and arrows in your arms. Your eyes are like lotus petals.  May you be victorious!  You who remove the malefic effects of Kali.
The beauty of your forehead surpasses that of the crescent moon.  Your feet are worshiped by a host of celestials inclusive of Indra.  You are to Ravana, what Garuda is to serpent. Oh, the treasure trove of virtues!  please guide me as to how to worship your lotus feet.
You sport a gem-studded crown. The beauty of your form subdues that of Cupid.  You are in the company of Nala, Hanuman, and a host of monkeys.  Pray to abide in my heart, oh one who subdued the pride of ocean!

One who has none equal in dispelling the sins.
One who was praised by Lakshmi. One who had the compassion of Parvati and is equal to the celestial tree Parijata.

Please protect with honor Oh! The one who has beautiful eyes like the lotus petal and the one who dispels the worldly fear of all the good people.
Oh, Madhava!  Your feet are worshiped by the host of celestials and sages; Oh Padmanabha, the embodiment of compassion!
One who held aloft the mountain for the welfare of the cowherds; having charming teeth like the jasmine buds; the beacon light of the Yadu dynasty; having the hue of the clouds; nectar-like speech; bestower of prosperity to the hapless, oh the supreme being!
One who killed the mighty-armed dreadful king of Magadha with rage; your tresses are adorned with fragrant flowers;  Oh Sri Ramana!  Your forehead is adorned with musk; the bestower of boons;  you dispel the sind of the devotees.
Oh, the progenitor of Cupid! Annihilator of the demon Mura! Fulfill my desires.  You recline on the serpent!  Oh, the unparalleled one! obliterate of the afflictions of the earth; personification of wisdom; the face as charming as the moon and the remover of the fear of good people!
