Meaning

I  meditate upon the Lord of Janki who is the ocean of mercy.
He destroys the sorrow produced by the heavy Samsara.  His eyes are lovely like the petals of a blue lily.
He is beautiful like a million Cupids.  His forehead shines with the unique Kasturi Tilaka.  He is an expert in destroying the wicked Rakshasa.  His garment is golden and he destroyed the wicked Tataka.
His feet are worshiped by the brave monkeys.  His face is lovely like the autumnal moon.  He destroyed wicked demons like Khara with his fist. His bow and arrows destroy all enemies.  He is the celestial tree to the helpless.
His gentle smile is like Jasmine.  He is worshiped by the host of celestials.  He takes residence in Saketapura.  He is the abode of great excellence.  His hair is dark as the blue lotus.

Meaning

Meditate upon Sri Gopala, who is worshiped by Siva and is the repository of all great virtues.
His lotus feet are worshiped by Indra and others.  He is to the formidable demons, what fire is to the dense forest.
He is the beacon light of the Yadu clan.  Vasudeva brought him to Yasoda.  He protected good people by killing Putana.  He was named Krishna by the sage Garga.  He amused himself by snitching butter from the houses of cowherd damsels.  By opening his mount wide, the Lord gave the vision of the universe to his mother.  He is Sri Krishna, who with great compassion redeemed the two sons of Kubera from their curse.  Adorning peacock feather; in the company of the cowherds, He enjoyed the pristine waters of river Yamuna.
He destroyed the demons who came in the guise of bulls to trouble the cowherds.  His soft feet danced on the hood of the serpent Kaliya.  he playfully stole the garments of the cowherd damsels on the banks of river Kalindi.   He held aloft the Govardhana mountain with his dainty hand.  He danced in the company of cowherd damsels the Rasa dance.  He is Sri Krishna who amuses in the lotus-like hearts of the realized souls.  He is the paragon of virtues. He destroyed a host of demons like Varsha and others.
He vanquished the demon Kesi.  He was brought to the presence of Kams by Akrura.  In the crowded city of Mathura, he transformed the hunchback Sairandhri into a lovely maiden just by his touch.  he killed Kamsa in the presence of the people of the city.  He learned all Sastras from sage Sandipani.  He helped Uddhava to overcome his ego.  He contrived the death of Jarasandha.
He entered the newly build Dwaraka.  He is the lord of Rukmini and eight other maidens.  he removed the misery of the cowherd damsels pining for him.  He expounded the supreme knowledge to Arjuna.  He bestowed abundant prosperity to the poor Kucela.  He fulfilled the promise to the brahmin by bringing to life his dead child.  He is Sri Krisha the younger brother of Baladeva and his tresses are very dark.  He, the lord of the world, Padmanabha, resembles the rain-bearing clouds.  He is the lord of goddess Lakshmi.

Meaning

I always meditate upon Lord Padmanabha, who is the treasure trove of noble virtues.
He is the refuge to the celestials and sages;  protector of helpless;  bestower of auspiciousness; having a lotus-like foot, one whose exploits are marvelous and pure.  He is like axe in cutting the huge tree of sins.  He is to those who seek refuge in him what sun is to the lotus;  all-pervading! One whose eyes excel lotus.
The one adorned with a golden crown. the forehead is adorned with Kasturi-the must; he is to the fierce deamons, the burden on the earth, what fire is to wood.  His form is attractive to the maidens.  The one who dissolves the afflictions of sentient and insentient, the charming one, inaccessible to those with evil deeds, one who is decorated with beautiful garlands and bracelets.
He dispelled the sorrows of the elephant, just as the wind dispels the cloud.  His form is as effulgent as the beautiful cloud.  The progenitor of Cupid; he is as mighty as the ocean and is worshiped by eminent ones; the embodiment of generosity.  One who delights with Lakshmi; reclines on the ocean of milk;  sports gentle smile; dispeller of the dreadful miseries of the cycle of existence.  One who is effulgent with bright teeth that subdues the beauty of jasmine buds.
One who delights being worshiped by Indra and others, one who is draped in the attire that surpasses the gold.  He is the celestial tree to the host of devotees. He is the benevelent Lord, worshiped by eminent sages.  Beholder of efflugent disc that equals hundreds of suns.  He is radiant; sports Garuda as the mount; one whose greatness was glorified by sage Vyasa.  He is most distinguished for his compassionate graceful glance.

Meaning

I medidate upon the effulgent form of Sarasanabha!
Your lotus feet are caressed by the hands of Lakshmidevi and Bhudevi
You are the end of all sins.  The beauty of your form mocks the Cupid.  You fulfill the desires of all who bow before you.  You are a delight to the hearts of Bhrgu and Narada.  Your forehead is lovely and shining. You are the destroyer of the wicked.  You destroyed the very wicked Narakasura.  Your face mocks the autumnal moon.
You are dark like the lovely rain cloud.  Your garment is beautiful.  Your forehead subdues the pride of the crescent moon.  You are a delight to Lakshmidevi and Bhudevi.  You uphold with your hand the mountain.  You are Yama to the crowd of cruel demons.  Your sport delights the three worlds.  You are the honeybee sucking the nectar from the hearts of Rishis
You are the ocean of boundless mercy.  You take rest on the serpent.  Your hair is dark like the fresh rain cloud.  Those who bow at your feet get rid of anger.  Your gentle smile removes the fear of celestials.  Your nose is beautiful like the sesame flower.  You perform the Rasa dance in the sacred Madhuvana.  Your feet are illumined by the crown of Indira.

Meaning

I meditate upon the cowherd boy, who is the savior of the three worlds.
One whose hue is like the fresh clouds; vanquisher of those who breaks the laws; having the virtues that are pure.  Oh, Immaculate Padmanabha!
The eyes that are charming as the tender lotus petal; one whose side glance protects us from worldly affiliations and one whose reddish lotus feet dazzle.  by the lustrous beautiful crowns of the host of celestials.
One who is adorned with beautiful golden robe, the beauty of the face that eclipses that charm of the autumnal moon; the form that surpasses the beauty of crores of Cupids; one who suppressed the pride of Brahma and having the gait of an elephant.
One who made the hood of the dreadful Kaliya the stage to dance; skillful in the destruction of Kamsa; the one who delighted in performing Rasa dance on the banks of river Kalindi; the neck that shines with an attractive necklace and lotus feet that are worshiped by Indra and others.
